Mary Amini is a Neurographic art teacher and intuitive healer.
As a person with mental health challenges all my life, due to trauma that started in my early childhood and continued for many years into my adulthood, I have always been looking for a cure. After many years of conventional therapy, which often gave me band aid solutions, I began looking for a more tangible solution.. Having tried many modalities including talk therapy, EMDR, CBT, and many more, I was willing to try one more. That is when I was introduced to Neuroart and my life changed.
I realized that I was the only one who could change my experiences in life. I was barely surviving in a life I didn’t want to live, carrying deep pains from my past into my present and future. I became aware of my patterns at my moment of clarity on Thanksgiving 2018 and began working towards creating a whole version of myself once more. Neuroart allowed me to express myself and begin my journey of remembering. I am so excited to share what I have learned with the world.
We are all wounded along this journey we call life and most of us never heal our wounds. We just create lives that protect and perpetuate those wounds. I hope to be able to provide an alternative to this type of dismembered mindless living for the world. A healed world is a more peaceful, kinder and more humane place to lie in. Since I believe in love above all else, I hope to be able to bring more self-love to every individual through this simple art form.
I am eternally grateful to the Neurographica Institute that gave me the basic understanding and the inspiration for the art form that I have developed and practiced, and has now become my way of life. I hope you join me on this journey of discovery and may it serve you as it has served me.
